Dr. Sefer Mahmutoğlu, a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry and subsequently completed his doctorate in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry.

Dr. Sefer Mahmutoğlu is a member of the Turkish Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the International Team of Implantology (ITI). He is also the director of the International Team of Implantology (ITI) Kahramanmaraş Study Club.

He has participated in numerous national and international congresses, courses, and seminars related to his profession. To best share the knowledge and experience he acquired during his academic education and professional career with his patients, he set out with the vision of a modern clinic equipped with up-to-date technology and new developments. In line with this vision, he founded the Dentocare Oral and Dental Health Clinic in 2020.
